Effinyx is seeking an HR Specialist to manage recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation to ensure a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in HR operations, and a passion for fostering company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

~ Oversee the recruitment and hiring process.
~Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
~Develop HR policies and ensure compliance.
~Facilitate training and professional development programs.
~Support payroll and benefits administration.

Experience Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome.

• BBA & B.com Preferred. Good to have : MBA (HR)

• Good to have : 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or related roles.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

• Experience with recruitment platforms and HR management systems.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Rs 4LPA+(depending on experience and qualifications).
